Remote Support
Remote Support is the most convenient option for me to assist you with your computer. The only requirement is that you have a working broadband internet connection!
In order for me to access your PC, you simply download and run a small program that generates an ID and a one-time password for me to login. Once I have access, I can see and do anything that you can do on *your* computer.
This is an ideal way to diagnose and fix software issues, printing problems, email setup and anything else that you are having trouble with. And the best part is that you can watch what I do and learn for next time!
For those who may want ongoing support, I can even install a permanent link so that I can login whenever you need me to, perfect for businesses that may require help out of hours when they can't be at the computer.

Onsite Support
Of course, there are some problems that cannot be fixed remotely and will need a more "hands on" solution. This may include hardware problems or issues with your internet connection. Perhaps you have only just got a new computer, and you would like me to set it up for you?
I do have a limited amount of "On Site" time available, however preference is given to supporting existing client installations, so please contact me to discuss availability.
